ENDLESS CONVEYOR BELT SPLICING TOOLS
Splice Press– a tool used to join belt ends together through heat and pressure.
Air cooling press have models for belts range from 300mm to 2100mm,Fast press including pneumatic pressure system, heating system and air cooling system. Press is divided into two parts, top and bottom, each stainless steel plate and silicone rubber heating element and temperature measuring probe. The width of heating surface is 130MM. The fully automatic process of programming with built-in controllers (pressure, heating, holding time and cooling) has four multi-directional wheels and one HA airbox.
Instrument design in the framework, the whole process of automatic control of the node, cooling temperature and pressure have been determined, once the temperature reaches the set temperature automatically start the insulation time, set the insulation time automatically start the cooling fan.
Application: PVC conveyor belts, PU conveyor belts.
Voltage: 220V or 380V
Fast splicing: within 20 minutes including heating and cooling time.
