Primary polyurethane conveyor belt cleaner
The primary belt cleaner is installed under the center line of head drum. The blade is made of polymer modified material, which has good features of anti-abrasion, anti-corrosion, anti-fracture, protect the belt from damage and prolong service life of belt.
The belt cleaner designed with self-adjusting spring tensioners which make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning, when the blade wears or belt jumps, the scraper will follow up automatically to ensure good contact.
